|Recommended: NoMy experience with this complex was extremely unprofessional and stressful. On move‑in day, I was told the unit I had signed a lease for was actually occupied. Their only “solution” was another unit that smelled strongly of smoke and chemicals. When I mentioned it, Jeffrey insisted he didn’t smell anything, which felt dishonest and dismissive. No real alternatives were offered. When I requested a refund, I was bounced between the office and corporate, given conflicting information, and treated as though I was the problem. Corporate was rude, unresponsive, and showed no accountability for their mistake. This entire situation left me scrambling for housing on short notice and caused a great deal of emotional stress. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

|Recommended: NoArgent has constant water issues. I’m seeing a review frim last year with the same issues this property continues to have with hot water. It gets luke warm at best on any given day. Aside from the water the roach infestation is the worst I have experienced in any property I have evening lived in. They have asked tenants to not submit nonemergency work order due to them being understaffed and have canceled pending work orders in the process. The cosmetics repairs done to my unit prior to me moving in are done in an extremely cheap fashion. Setting bar soap next to my bathroom sink tore of the finish or paint that was used to cover the sink. I have never seen such a cheap job. The property on the outside is beautiful however and it is extremely close to my job. I do not see myself renewing for a second lease term.

Slum property and slum lords. If you want to make your kids take cold showers or go without showering at all, choose Argenta. Trash property and literally one front office gal and one maintenance guy have been worth anything. Everyone else has been absolutely no help.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear that your experience has not been up to your standards. We assure you, however, that all reviews left here have remained. We understand the frustration surrounding the boiler situation several weeks ago, as well as the frustration surrounding the underground main line leak last night. In both situations, we reacted as quickly as we could, and worked diligently to get the problem resolved as fast as possible, and as completely as possible. Our new team has been working hard, and will continue to work hard, to increase our resident's satisfaction with their homes, and appreciate being given the opportunity.
|Recommended: NoStaff are professional, but allow residents to harass new tenants and side with the complaint. They will create false allegations against tenants and allow residents to complain about neighbors across the complex. Do not live here if you are not comfortable being harassed to extreme discomfort, as the complex will promote false and incomplete police reports from residents to harass people out and then still charge a lease break fee.
